Why shop for an electric bike at a warehouse?
Great question
Years ago, we made the decision to use a warehouse instead of a glass storefront for our electric bike company. This decision made a lot of sense as it allows us to combine the following at a single location: Space to store over 400 electric bikes, floor space to showcase over 20 electric bikes from a variety of suppliers, have a dedicated area for the servicing and repair of electric bike batteries, have adequate space for 4-8 work stations with powered heavy lift bike repair stands, and storage for electric bike parts and accessories.
One of the reasons electric bikes are expensive is they are sold at bike shops with high overhead. Therefore, to reduce the price of electric bikes it is a matter of reducing the overhead of the shop and for many bike shops that is not possible. It just made sense to have our electric bike company in a warehouse, instead of a storefront, allowing us to pass the savings to our customers.
When you visit the Electric Bike Warehouse you will be greeted by an electric bike mechanic, not a sales person. We wear our work clothes, may (will) have a bit of grease on our hands, might (will) be a bit surly at times, but we know electric bikes from top to bottom. There is no one that knows electric bikes more thoroughly than the men and women who work on them every day. There is no better person to help you find your perfect electric bike than those who build them from the ground up.
